I recently had the opportunity to experience a fantastic art installation called ‘Tangle‘ by Polyglot at the Sydney Festival. I’ll just add that this is an amazing time to be in Sydney- so much great art, music and theatre. Anyway, the installation was interactive and allowed kids of all ages (including 20 yr olds) to throw balls of elastic fabric in and around poles to create a huge tangled web. The kids were literally getting tangled in the fantastically complex surfaces that resulted from the crazy weaving. There was so much colour and chaos! It really is just more proof that art truly comes in all shapes and forms.
